10/10
The room was mad comfy, and Daniella was so helpful. She got me taxis when I needed 'em. Breakfast was nice, just a few bites but hit the spot. The view from my balcony? Straight fire, man! Just remember them stairs, they ain't playin'.

The location is fantastic with a coffee shop next door and a plethora of restaurants within walking distance. The room is spacious and offers excellent cleanliness standards.
The stair access can be inconvenient for those with heavy luggage.

What a lovely stay, if you enjoy climbing treacherous stairs just to reach your 'family suite'. The 'city view' was more a joke than reality, had to stand on my tippy toes like a child. I expected a little pampering but it seems they reserve that for others. Good luck figuring it all out without English-speaking staff.

The Family Suite was spacious and the bed really comfy, which made for great sleep. The daily cleaning kept everything neat and tidy. Breakfast at the café nearby was okay but not super clear on what we could order. Overall, a nice place but just a heads-up on the breakfast situation!

Staying with my family at this spot was awesome! The location near Mergellina was super convenient, especially with great restaurants around. Daniella was incredibly friendly and made sure everything stayed clean. We also enjoyed having breakfast outdoors. Perfect for our large group!
My kids wished for more safety on the stairs.

The location is perfect for exploring Naples, close to many local eateries and a fantastic café next door. The apartment was spacious and kept clean throughout our stay, and the staff was more than helpful.
However, the staircase access can be a bit tricky with luggage, and it would be good to have clearer instructions about breakfast.
